Sadie is a female 5 year old lab/newfie mix who currently weighs 87 pounds and thinks that is okay for being a lap dog. She is a very loving and wonderful gal, who loves everyone she meets big and small. She gets along great with all dogs, as she is currently being fostered with 3 dogs and 2 kittens. She does have a high prey drive, and would do best in a home without small animals. She is house trained and has not yet been in a kennel, but has free roam during the day when her fosters are at work (about 8.5 hours). She is not destructive, and knows what she can and cannot have to chew on or play with. She does love all types of toys, but it seems that bones and squeaky toys have become her favorite. At night, she enjoys cuddling with her fosters in the bed, and she is really good about sleeping through the night.
Some of her favorite things are; riding in cars, she loves to be the co-pilot. She also enjoys taking walks and running around the backyard. She loves to chase balls, and just romp in the snow, her newest thing is seeing how much snow she can fit in her mouth while running down the hill.
Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
