Hi.  I'm Addison but everyone is saying that Addison is a girl's name these days so they call me Sonny.  I have been in my foster home for less than a week and I'm learning the ropes.  I'm working on potty training.  They are letting me use potty pads because of the cold, cold days and nights.  I don't always make it to where they are laid out but I know where they are and I'm getting better each day.  I'm very treat motivated. On the days that it was warmer, every time they brought me out I did go potty so I kind of get it.   I'm learning my name and I'm already learning how to sit on command - remember, I'm very treat motivated.  My foster mom works from home most days and when she is working I get to lay on the bed - with all the pillows, which I really like.  I don't mind my crate too much.  I go in it at night and when I'm left alone - which so far has only been for a couple of hours.  I bark a little bit when they first leave but then I calm down.  They do have 2 cats where I live.  I pretty much leave them alone but sometimes I want to play but they are not quite sure of me - even though they are bigger than I am!  They have ventured up on the bed though and have napped with me.  I love toys, especially my stuffed animal and tennis balls.  Oh, and they have this really fun toy that's shaped like a bone that they put treats or my food in (I eat quite fast and this slows me down).  I have to spin the bone to find my food.  I learned how to do that very quickly!  I'm not a big chewer but I do like to carry socks and shoes around and paper towels if they leave the roll where I can reach it...ooops.  I think sometimes they forget I'm just a puppy!!  Did I mention when I get tired I love to snuggle!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
