Roscoe is a super calm older man who is looking for a home to retire to. He was a stray in Kentucky in his younger years, found a family but has now found himself in rescue. He is a slow mover but loves the outside. He looks forward to his daily strolls and resists just enough when turning around that you know he would rather keep going. He is fully potty trained and kennel trained. He has a thick mattress in his kennel and a sheet over it and it is truly his little cave that he curls in for naptime and overnight. He is in his kennel during the day more so due to having other dogs in the room. He chooses to sleep in the kennel overnight in the bedroom with the door open.  

Roscoe loves belly rubs and will give you a goofy smile while he is getting one. He plays with other dogs in the house in his own way. He is not a barker - unless the other dogs are barking, but not the typical hound frequency.

If you are looking for an older, laid back dog he is definitely a good candidate for your family!
