Hi.  My name is Harlow.  The first thing you need to know about me is I have no idea how big I'm going to get but I think I'm a lap dog and I love to snuggle!  I really like my people and I usually follow them from room to room but I do okay in my kennel when they have to leave me behind.  I  have only had 2 accidents at my foster home - one was the very first night I was there and the other time they just weren't paying attention to me and I had a little  oops .   I sleep all night in my kennel - you may have to coax me go in it but once I'm in there I will lie down and maybe whine just a little to let you know that I'm not happy about being in it but then I curl up and am quiet the rest of the night.  One night I even got to sleep on the bed and oh, I loved that! I share my foster home with 2 resident cats - who I don't really pay too much attention to. My foster mom also babysits one of her friend's dogs.  He's bigger than me but we get along, especially when outside.  He's fun to run with. I don't mind the cold weather and I really like to play in the snow.   I know what sit means and the word come - at least sometimes I remember what it means.  I do pretty good on the leash; haven't quite picked up the whole heeling thing yet though but I don't pull!  I like to play with tennis balls and chew on my chew toys.  I have been known to carry socks and shoes around but I drop them as soon as I am caught. :)  I like my treats but I don't think I'm really treat motivated like some dogs.  I kind of like the praise and pets more.  Remember, I think I'm a lap dog and I love to snuggle and have lots of attention from my people!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $575.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
