Scooter is a mega goof ball. He has finally learned that it's okay to cuddle and just relax. He is fairly high energy . He will need someone who is willing to give him physical and mental exercise . Scooter is a spunky little guy who loves to run after a ball. He hasn't had any accidents in the house. He also sleeps through the night. Kennel is definitely something he is not a fan of and has behaved well without it.  In the morning he wakes you up with smothering kisses and is ready to go potty! Then he calmly waits for his breakfast. He is extra sweet and cuddly in the morning. 

 

This boy is smart! He has learned sit, lay down, down, shake so far. We are still working on stay. He loves playing with the resident dogs. Probably his most favorite part of the day. 

 

Because Scooter is still a puppy, he has the tendency to nibble so young kids may not be the best for him at the puppy stage. We want to set him up for a successful furrever home. 

 

Scooter is starting to not mind having a cat in the house.  He is curious about the kitty but doesn't hurt her. 

 

He doesn't like the leash but it's work in progress just like any other puppy. 

 

Scooter loves to protect his foster mom from the vaccuum and the broom, and he does a great job 

 

He still has so much to learn and so much love to give. Scooter puts a smile on our faces every single day.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
