Hi, my name is Luke. I am a German Shorthair estimated DOB as 12/12/21.  My brother and I were abandoned and after the holding period, no one claimed us, so this is how we ended up at our foster home. I am a born hunter. My nose is always to the ground. I love to run and play with my brother and the resident dog at my foster home. There are 2 cats also, but I really don't pay attention to them, unless I'm laying down and then I will cuddle with them.  I do fine on car rides, I usually just lay down and go to sleep. I am doing very well on potty training.  I will go to the door when I have to go outside.  I am still a puppy, so I will still need additional training on this, as I do still have an accident now and then. I sleep in my kennel at night, and when my foster mom is at work.  I don't mind my kennel, unless I can hear people at home, then I want to get out.  When I wake up in the morning, I will bark to let my foster family know I need to go outside.  I do get the zoomies every now and then, but if I get to run outside for a bit, I am just fine.  I really hope I find a family that likes to hunt, as I know I will be a good hunting dog with the proper training. 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
