Ezie is believed to be a 2- year old terrier mix weighing ~30lbs. She came into rescue with her 3 puppies and she is ready for a family of her own to love on her. She tested positive for lymes disease and is on the road to recovery. Ezie is a cautious pup who startles easily but she is such a funny girl once she knows she’s safe. Every day she becomes a little less afraid of the world! She is fairly low energy, likes doing her own thing, and prefers lounging in the sun to playing in the yard as an only dog. However, her puppies came to visit and she was so playful with them! She was also very playful with a former foster dog. She does best with slow introductions to other dogs. Ezie is house trained and has shown zero signs of destructive behavior. She has not had any accidents at her current foster placement. She is not a fan of her kennel, but does not bark or fight it once inside. She does bark at dogs and humans she sees on her walks, but she has improved so much since coming into rescue. She occasionally barks at passersby. She rides very well in the car but sometimes barks at humans or dogs when the car is stopped. She’s a great watch dog! She has lived with children and, although she can be a picky eater, she loves cleaning up snacks that little humans drop. Ezie was very interested in getting to the cats in a previous placement and may do best in a home without cats. Ezie is such a sweet, funny lady ready to love on her new family!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
