Hello there, I’m Toph, but my foster mom likes to call me Toffee because I’m sweet like toffee. I was born 4/13/22. For being the littlest of my siblings, I don’t have a little personality! Though I can’t see with my eyes, I see with my ears and nose! I keep up with the dogs in my foster family just fine! I LOVE it outside! I'm a brave, confident girl who will follow my furry foster siblings, or wander on my own. I love to play with my big foster sister, Missy, and hang out with big 'ol Sawyer too. Sometimes Missy and me gang up on him! There's an old dog here too, and sometimes I accidentally step on him when he's laying on the floor - then he's grumpy! I don't mind though, I just roll on my back and give him puppy kisses! Mom says lots of dog communication is nonverbal. Of course, I can't see that, so I need careful introductions to other animals. Mom and Dad have taught me a few words to help me navigate when I get confused, like when it's really windy or there is a lot of background noise. I know "look out", "slow down", "careful", "step", "this way", "no" (I don't like that one at all), and "good girl" (duh). Mom and Dad think it's pretty amazing that I seem to have few issues navigating my world. I'm a good girl who sleeps through the night in the kennel next to the bed, and am about 80% potty trained on a schedule. I'm in the market for a forever home since Mom and Dad need to make room to save more dogs - maybe it's yours? (We do not adopt dogs outside of the 5 state area, sorry.)

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $850.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
