Halen is a shepherd mix born approx. 4/17/22.
He lives with his foster parents in a home with 3 cats, 3 dogs (2 large breed and 1 small), and 4 kids ages 11-19! He is such a sweet, easy-going puppy that gets along with all the residents dogs, cats and people. He is very quiet, not a barker! the only time he cries is when he is put in his kennel for the night. He does settle in to sleep in his kennel for the night. Since there is almost always someone home during the summer, he hasn't spent much time in the kennel during the day, but the occasions he has had to kennel have been fine. Halen follows his foster mom around everywhere, and if she stands or sits still long enough, Halen flops down with his head on her feet! Since he is so young, he will obviously need to continue working on potty training, but is doing quite well when taken outside on a regular basis. He's had very few accidents in the house, and fewer every day! Halen walks on a leash twice a day, approximately a mile each time. He rides well in the car. He enjoys playing with the small breed (Pomeranian) resident dog, snuggling with his person, and napping. He is a pretty mellow puppy, not high energy, but playful! He'd love to meet you!
