Fifi is a quiet, sleepy, and very playful  little girl born approx. 4/6/22 who loves cuddling and being close to her people. Fifi is thought to be Terrier and Bassett Hound, although does not appear to be Bassett Hound at all. Fifi and her brother were rescued from a rescue in Texas along with about 40 other dogs. Fifi is currently being fostered with her brother. Fifi and her brother absolutely love to play and roll around the yard together, and she loves playing catch with tennis balls or just trying to steal them away from her brother once he gets them. Fifi came into the fosters home almost being completely potty trained, she only goes potty on a pad in the house if her fosters don’t pick up right away on her ques. Fifi also came into her foster home being completely crate trained. Fifi is able to stay in her kennel all day while her foster family is at work. Fifi isn’t sure about the leash but is figuring it out, and does great on car rides. Fifi is very scared of anyone bending down to try to grab her and will run away from her fosters when they are trying to get her into the house. Fifi also does not know any commands, but we are working on them.
Fifi would do great in a house that is quieter and more laid back, so she can nap most of her day away. Her current foster family has a resident dog. We are not sure how she would do with cats as the foster does not have any cats in their home.
Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00
