Peanut is a 5-6 year old chiweenie. She is a sweet lovable, cuddling, under the covers bedmate if you are her people. She hasn't taken kindly to strangers who come to the house so I just kennel her if she gets defensive. She warmed up to me as soon as I met her and took a day for her to love the 8 and 12 year old and my adult son who lives in our house. I don't know how she would react to toddlers.

 She loves our big and small dogs and doesn't bat a eye at our two cats. I wish my little dogs would take a clue from her that cats are ok.
She is house trained and I've only kenneled her if she doesn't like our visitors. She will go to the door to let you know she has to go outside. If you're gone for hours you can just leave a potty pad out for her to use. She usually just hangs around on her bed till you come home.
She loves treats, being outside and sitting on your lap to watch TV with you. 
She will need to be leashed, in a fenced yard or kept a close eye on when outside as she keeps her nose to the ground and heads off exploring not watching where she is going. 
Peanut is looking for that perfect person or family who will continue to show her that she is loved, as she was a pregnant momma from a hoarding situation just looking for the good life.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dental, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $350.00
