Hi my name is Thurston! My fosters call me lil Jack. I am a Shiba Inu puppy born approx. 4/21/22 and I’m a bundle of fun! I am potty trained and if you aren’t around I know to use potty pads. I came to rescue very scared and shut down. But in my foster home I’m learning to be the funny little puppy my family knew I could be. I’m not a cuddlier but I like to be by people I’m still learning that hands are okay and so I will let you pet me I just don’t want to sit on your lap! I sleep in my kennel at night and I use it as a safety net if I’m stressed. I just found these things called bones and I like them a lot. Toys are also new to me and they are fun. I love dogs but I’m not sure about cats. I don’t mind the little humans I usually just keep my distance. I’m still scared of loud noises so that might take a while to get used to a new environment but once I do I’m very comfortable! I’m learning to walk on a leash but I’m a tad stubborn so I like to just sit down lol. I will be an amazing doggie with a little help from a patient owner! 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $675.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
