Waylon is a pure-bred corgi, approximately 3-4 years old. He weighs about 29 pounds and has beautiful coloring. Waylon is a very sweet boy who loves to relax, he loves hanging out in his crate and playing with his two Doberman foster sisters. He’s working on leash training with his foster parents, he’s not a puller, in fact, he’d rather follow behind you! He is doing very well potty training but wears a belly band around the house for now to prevent occasional marking. Hopefully neutering will decrease that. Waylon is very gentle and patient with kids (ages 3,4,5) he begs them for belly scratches! He hasn’t met any cats yet while being fostered but seems laid back enough that I would trust him with smaller animals. Waylon has a very calm and lazy demeanor, he loves car rides and napping in the sun. Loud noises sometimes give him a spook and he will hide in his crate from the vacuum. While his foster parents work 8+ hours he does well at home in his crate, we watch him on our dog camera while away, but he does not whine. Above all Waylon LOVES getting brushed, his little back leg thumps and gives tons of  kisses! We’ve taken him to the groomer and she said he was a good boy during his bath, deshedding, and nail trim. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, dental, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $625.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
