Hello, my name is Jewel or as my foster mom calls me juju bean. I'm around 8 years old.  When I first came to my foster home I was very shy. It took me a week or so to feel safe, I now love to get attention from my foster mom. I like to lay in her lap or in my bed that is very comfortable. I also like to lay by the heater vent cause it's so warm. My foster sister's are doing a great job with teaching me how to be a dog. I like to chew on bones or anything soft. When the weather is nice I like to run around outside with my foster sisters and love playing inside too. 

I am little so I really don't like the cold but I go out to do my business and come right back in. I'm not a fan of car rides, I do get car sick. My foster mom does try to take me on short rides to help me learn that car rides can be fun, but I still get anxious. 
 
I am kennel trained but I'm not really a fan of them. My foster mom lets me stay out because she says I'm a good girl and I don't get into anything when she is gone. (She spies on us with the camera) I get really excited when she gets home and can't contain myself. I don't jump on her when she gets inside. I wait patiently for her to get her stuff off to get attention. 
 
I like my foster sisters but I would be ok being the only dog. I have been around cats and I don't mess with them, I really don't pay them any attention. 
 
I will need you to be patient with me because I do get nervous meeting new people, but once I get to know you I will love up on you.
