Easton is a 2-year-old, 21 lb. female mini Golden Doodle breeder release. She is the sweetest dog and wonderful companion. Unlike most breeder release dogs, she is very oriented to humans and loves being with her people.

First, the bad news about this almost perfect dog. She can sneak between and under a cyclone fence and can climb the fence putting her paws in the holes on the fence. Thankfully, she comes when called and I have learned to not have her in the garden with me, unless I am watching her.

She is not house trained, meaning hide your shoes or anything leather, tv remotes or interesting plastics, pens and pencils. I have learned to give her chews to satisfy her puppy-like desire to chew. The good news is she stays in her kennel, and only makes a fuss the first five or 10 minutes. She likes to have her favorite toy and dog bed in her kennel. If you are in the same room with her, she won’t make a fuss at all in her kennel.

She is almost accident free for potty training, but I have a walking routine with her. She doesn’t give me a signal that she needs to go potty. She has never had an accident in my bedroom at night.

If you are still interested in this amazing dog, here are the best things about her. She is a dream to walk. She is wonderful with other dogs, people and children. She hasn’t been around a cat or kids under 5 years old. She does like to retrieve balls and toys, so that is a fun game for her.

She rides pretty well in a car, but she really wants to sit up front with the driver so she should be in harness and seat belted. Though she cannot yet jump into my SUV, she is very easy to lift.

She would be happiest where she is not alone all day. She is an extrovert who needs her people nearby, but she is happy to just sit on your lap or next to you if you are doing office work. She has her very playful moments that bring me joy, but she knows how to relax. I would adopt this girl in a second if I were younger. She'd love to meet you!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, dental, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $650.00
