I like to play fetch, in the house or in the yard. I also like to chomp on snow! I LOVE food and will do anything for a treat. I think any kind of people food is a treat - I have been eating butternut squash, beets, sweet potatoes - it's all SO good. 

 

I really like people! When someone comes to the door at my house or when I see a friend on the street, I wiggle my butt and like to give them kisses. I'm a really good snuggler. I like to cozy up to my foster person on the chair and in the bed. I sleep through the night and in the morning, I like to cuddle and lick my foster person's face. I've been to a brewery with my foster person and really like meeting other dogs and charming all the people there. 

 

I've hardly barked while I've been with my foster person - one, when a new friend came to the door and I was chomping on a bone, next when I spied a cat on the other side of the fence, and three, when another dog was barking at me. I think I communicate my needs really well.

 

I know a ton of tricks already. I know sit, sit pretty, down, fetch, stay [though that's hard when I get excited].  I'm working on walking on the leash, but I'm a quick learner [very food motivated - see above!]! I'm house trained and have been doing really well in the kennel as long as there's treats or a kong [again, see above!].

 

My previous family taught me all of these tricks. I love people because of them!  They became homeless around the same time that I got pregnant with my pups. We had to live in their vehicle for awhile. It was really hard, but they decided to surrender me to make sure I got healthy and to give me and my pups a little more stability. I'd love to meet you!
