My name is Lil Smokey and I hear there is these delicious little sausages that have the same name but believe me you won’t gain weight with me. I'm around 8 years old and only 11lbs.  I am really trying to figure out this living comfortably thing you see I was only good for one thing my entire life and that was making more “lil smokies”. I am pretty fearful right now of almost everything, even going through the door from outside to inside.. I had no idea about these rope things that they clip to my neck and since we are talking about my neck-what the heck is around my neck anyways, my foster mom says that it’s my love necklace, whatever that is but she does give me these goofy things call kisses, I’m starting to sniff her face when she does it, sometimes she smells like cookies and sometimes she smells like this delicious yellow/orange slice that comes in a big package and she calls it “cheese” oh man I do love me that stuff. 

My foster mom cleaned out the bathroom off the kitchen and I get to see everything going on through the baby gate and watch all the little people when they come to visit. They can “HOP” over that gate like no one’s business and they come in to rub my belly and just give me pets, I am liking these little people. 

My foster mom has this thing she calls a cat-whatever the heck those things are. He visits with me at my gate and I don’t bark at him or anything but you know what guys, one time he too hopped over the gate and didn’t give me any pets or belly rubs but ate my cheese. While I am willing to share my food, I am not real happy about him eating my cheese, I didn’t tell him that but my mom did yell at him. I also have a little foster sister, I sort of like her! 

When I go outside (I had no idea that this world was soooooo big) I do go potty and that stinky thing, I keep my room nice and clean just like it was when I got here but when I am out in the house I tend to like to let people know I am here by lifting my leg on stuff. My mom got me these goofy things that go around my belly so when I do lift my leg it catches it. I’m not really liking it but it does break me out of my dog room. Ha Ha my mom put one on me the other day and never checked to see if everything was “secured” in it and let me run well she will never make that mistake again. 

I heard about this jolly man called Santa and my mom says I should ask for a new front tooth because it’s missing, you see I have never gone to see anyone regarding my toofers but I hear I am going in a couple of weeks, I hope I get to meet nice people there. Well that’s enough for now about me, I bet after all this you’ve already fell in love with me huh?
