Ada is such a treasure! Ada was found abandoned down south, nearly dead, after recently having puppies. She has made a miraculous recovery, and she is so unbelievably sweet, frequently wagging her tail when you talk to her or even look in her direction. She is very drawn toward affection, and snuggling, she just oozes sweetness. She loves all people, her whole body wiggles when she sees you. Her love is extra special because it’s like she knows you’re giving her a second chance at the good life.

She is such an easy going dog - she does great on car rides, minimal barking, she lets you clean her ears, and most noises don’t bother her. She is eager to please and doesn’t want to do anything wrong or be in your way. She has a normal amount of energy for a five year old dog, but most days she is a complete couch potato. Ada will need further kennel training, however her current foster works full time in an office, and she free roams the house with no issue.

She shows no signs of food aggression, and she doesn't chew on anything she shouldn't. She walks well on a leash, but she is still learning "what going for a walk" means. She is potty trained, always going in the same spot in the yard. She’s only had one accident in her foster's house (she's been here well over a month), but tends to have an accident when visiting or settling into new homes. She is still learning commands, but she is showing a lot of potential, and loves treats so she is easy to motivate.

She gets along with most other dogs, but tends to bring her mama dog energy and wants to keep other dogs in line. She'd also be perfectly fine as the only dog in the house. She doesn’t currently live with any children but has done well when interacting with kids over the age of 5. She has been around a cat from a distance and shows a lot of interest, but it's unknown if she would play nice. She has a gorgeous shiny brindle coat, and she is very petite in size. She is just such a good dog!
