Hello world! My name is Geordie and I hail from Kentucky. I am 1.5 years old and came into rescue with NDLB on 1/22/2023. My foster mom thinks I am a combination of terrier and poodle. I have crazy spiky hair that I must say is pretty handsome. I have had training and I know basic commands-sit, come, etc. I really like being around people and get excited, however, I do not bark…unlike my fellow housemate (a lab mix). I get along well with the resident dog and we like to play outside in the snow. While I have a lot of energy and love to run, I can stay inside the house with foster mom all day while she’s doing her boring work. I am potty trained. My family brushed me and there wasn’t much hair that came off so I don’t think I shed much. I haven’t gone on many walks yet as it’s super slippery out---I guess that’s what I get when I come to the north! When I get out on the leash, I’m so excited that I like to pull…she told
me we’ll have to work on that. I live with two kids and love when they give me belly rubs and cuddles. While I can be in a crate overnight, it’s not comfy and I prefer to lounge on the couch. I'd love to meet you!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
