Triscuit is a Cocker Spaniel and Poodle mix born approx. 11/27/22. Triscuit is currently about 8 lbs and has a wavy black coat that seems like a good mix between his Cocker Spaniel and Poodle sides. He will definitely need routine grooming appointments and brushing. Triscuit has lots of puppy energy! One of his favorite things is exploring the outdoors and wrestling his sister so I think he would do great in a home with a similar sized dog. Triscuit is teething and needs some reminding of what is a chew toy and what is not but he responds very well to correction. He is trying his best to accommodate our requests to potty outside but still has accidents. He will reliably use a training tray for poops and pees while in a puppy play pen. Triscuit is happy to go to bed and sleep quietly in his playpen once the lights are out and the house is quiet. One thing Triscuit doesn't understand yet is leashes and walks, he's working on it but will need some more training. He does well in the yard but the big wide world can be overwhelming to Triscuit and he will need some help building his confidence. Triscuit does well with kids and is a relaxed boy once he settles in on the couch for a cuddle. We don't know how Triscuit does with cats. Most of all Triscuit is looking for a family who has energy to play, time to help him learn as he grows up and lots of love to share.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $750.00
