Luke is feisty little guy born approx. 8/19/22!  He hops around like a rabbit when he is feeling extra playful.  Initially, Luke was very shy but has blossomed into a social & loving pup. He has become the sweetest lil guy, who enjoys lots of pets & kisses. He likes to steal all of the toys from the other dogs & as long as no dogs are resource guarders, there are no problems. He has completely blossomed with all dogs in the house, and completely ignores chickens in their space outside. He LOVES to play with other dogs, quite vocally, and has learned to wrestle with a young puppy as well as a 70 pound Rottweiler. he is kennel trained, and goes in on command.  He eats his meals in there & will go in quickly when a treat is involved. He is also potty trained & his cue is wandering around the house. Luke was found with his brother, Bo, at a dump site in Kentucky.  He has been in rescue for a few weeks & came to MN mid-February.  Despite him coming from a warmer climate, he LOVES the snow.  He has not had any accidents in the house or kennel, and sleeps nicely overnight in his kennel.  He tends to use his mouth a bit more, like most puppies do, when playing.  He is learning to be gentle, sit & off.  He will do just about anything for a treat, and also loves dinner time & belly rubs. Super smart & full of fun, Luke will be your best buddy! 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX ,  flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
