Hi! I’m Emerson, also known as Emmy! I’m one of the smaller members of the poet litter. I am a little bit calmer than some of them too. I’m a hound/terrier mix (best guess), born approximately 1/15/23. As I grow, my fur around my ears has gotten very wavy and adorable! Based on my weight at 6 weeks, I’ll be a medium sized dog, but without knowing my dad- it’s hard to say exactly. I’m a typical young pup, playful and energetic! I will need continued work on potty, crate, and basic house training. There are five other adult dogs in my foster home (25-120 lbs) so I’ve been well socialized to the sights, sounds, and smells of other dogs. As I receive all of my shots my socialization will continue. There are also cats in my foster home, and I get carried around everywhere by my two-legged foster brother. Thanks to all of that- I sleep REALLY hard. I settle down for a looong nap after playtime!  I haven’t started leash training yet, but my foster mom says I’ll start that soon. I’m very excited to see the whole big world outside of my living room! If you think you’d like to explore the world with me- let my foster mom know, okay? I’d love to meet you! 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
