Hi, I’m Forest! I am a SUPER happy fella who loves to play with dogs, people & even little people. I’m a Beagle born approximately 1/21/23. I am a little shy at first, but I’ve had a lot of change in my first year of life. I would absolutely love a fenced yard to get my zoomies out but I also walk nicely on a leash, so I would be an ok walked dog. As long as I can get to a dog park or play date so I can show you my speed! I love to cuddle up in a furry blanket with my foster mom so I could definitely be an only dog. I don’t know anything about cats but the chickens here are VERY interesting.  

My foster mom has this to say about me: Forest is a wonderful dog, who goes in his kennel to eat, overnight & anytime I leave for work. He is potty trained & will start whining in his crate, if he needs to go outside. Otherwise, he is pretty quiet for a young dog. He does bark at other dogs when they are not including him in play. He knows his name very well, knows sit, off and is very smart.  He should be easy to train for almost anything, with a treat involved! I would love to find a family who will continue to work with me as I mature & will never leave me again!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
