Hello, I'm Winnie! I'm an absolutely adorable, sweet, tiny sassy 7 pound Morkie (Maltese and Yorkie) girl born in February 2020. I mean look at me, I'm the cutest little thing! I love everything and everyone I meet, it just might take me a little time to get comfortable. My house training is going well - I'm mostly there and go every time I'm taken out. As for my kennel, do I really have to go there?! I will go in and I will be quiet but I much prefer being with my humans. Please make sure to give me a treat as a reward! I haven't been around kids or cats quite yet. My foster mom thinks I'll be okay with kitties since I'm so small. She doesn't think tiny humans will be the best fir or any boys. I really just prefer all the girls. I love other dogs my size or even bigger, just no meanies please. I'm young, oblivious to grouchiness and love attention. 

Momma hasn't tried the leash yet but she's confident I will learn because I'm very eager to please. I'm currently practicing to be the next canine Kate Moss Puppy Supermodel and I eat sparingly, on my own schedule and will spit out the hard kibble food. Soft food is more my preference. 

I do have a decent amount of energy but mainly because I'm still young. You better love getting puppy kisses because I give them willingly and often! I love my doggie beds and will lay in them on my own but I enjoy sitting in your lap and laying next to you in bed at night. 

I've only been in the car a couple of times and I did super well during these trips. I did insist sitting on my foster mom's lap or riding shotgun in her passenger seat. Remember my squeaky toys? They're the best! I can even catch them midair! I will play indoor fetch for hours. 

My foster mom and dad both work from home but they leave me in my cozy pen when they leave the house and I sleep in my bed and barely make a peep. Momma says I'm one of the quietest little girls she has had but thinks if I have a little brother or sister I will be a lot more vocal when I play with them. I just had my first grooming and they had to shave me. As a diva in training, I really enjoy rocking a sweater, dress or foxy dog jacket to keep the cold away. 

In summary, I would be the best companion for pretty much anyone and I'm a little princess in training. Do you have room in your castle for me? 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
