Hi, my name is Alyssa! I am a two year old sweet pup that came to rescue from heading to the euthanasia list due to overcrowding. I thank NDLB for rescuing me because this is truly the good life. My favorite thing in the whole world is stuffy destruction. My foster mom recommends indestructible toys from BarkBox SuperChewer- I have yet to destroy one of these! I’m very motivated by treats and pretty much any kind of food. I am so smart, VERY TRAINABLE - I know “sit”, “shake paw”, “out” - use for out of the kitchen. I love all dogs and can play all day. I am looking for an active family that can keep me moving. I LOVE a good game of tug of war and recently found out a laser pointer is a BLAST! Kongs with peanut butter will keep me busy for hours too! I am potty trained. I am not a fan of the kennel. It makes me nervous and I whine, but after a while I’ll calm down and rest, just no blankets in the kennel with me. I am a very sweet little girl. I have cats in my foster home, and don’t really care about them. I do tend to chase at times but it’s all in play. The resident cat in my foster home loves to wrestle with me. I sometimes forget how much heavier I am than them though so if there are cats, another dog to play with would be great! I would love to go on walks with my family but need a little assistance with pulling because I am just so excited!! I also love to go for a ride in the car. I play fetch, but I just might not give you the ball back. If you are needing a sidekick for hiking, running, and activities, look no further! I am your girl! I LOVE kids! I can get a bit jumpy when excited but I’ll let you snuggle with no problem.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
