Benjamin, a.k.a. Benny, Benny boo, Benji is around 5 years old and 37 lbs. This guy is such a sweet dog. He loves to walk on the leash and he’s good at it!  He likes a long walk and goes nonstop for 2 miles. He likes to hang out in the backyard and in the house to be near his humans. Benny is pretty mellow, but also has some energy. He can be very playful and is learning to play with toys vs play biting. Benny enjoys wrestling with his 95 pound foster brother!  He wants to play with his foster sister but she is not interested and puts him in his place. He’s housebroken and potty trained too!  Benny has chosen to sleep in a laundry basket near my bed. I don’t know why, but he likes it! Benny is good with dogs, kids and adults.  He is learning to get along with our resident cat. He barks at her but doesn’t chase her.  He does not know any commands yet and he does like to counter surf. But he’s smart, and it will only take a little bit of training to keep him off the counters.  He is super lovable, and will make a great addition to any family.
