Hi! My name is Cedar! I am a 45 pound lab mix who was born approximately 5/21/20. I was rescued with a broken leg and had to have surgery. I am on my way to a full recovery and am doing very well! I still can’t jump or run but I really want to. I am potty trained and walk well on my leash. My kitty roommate doesn’t want to play with me like I want to play with him. I may be better suited for a cat free household or one with a dog savvy cat. I love to snuggle and play with my babies (squeaky dog toys.) I know how to sit and shake and listen when my foster parents say “No” or “Leave it.” I sleep soundly in my kennel at night and when my foster parents are at work. I don’t love my cone but it keeps me away from my staples so I guess it’s fine. I need my staples out and recheck x-rays to make sure my leg is healing well. I have a good prognosis of being normal or close to normal in activity as long as my healing goes as planned.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate),  Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age , Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $495.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
