Malcolm is just the sweetest big, fluffy, happy, baby you could ever find. His birthday is 12/4/21. He is a German Shepard mix but his personality is 100% golden retriever. He must have been carried around often as a little puppy because he still wants to be held and hugged and he keeps trying to sit on my lap. He is definitely too big for being held so I've been working on correcting that. He has absolutely no aggression that I have seen and loves everyone he meets. He loves on all the little kiddos at my daughter's soccer games and they all love his happy, goofy personality. He is fully house trained and knows sit and down. He walks nicely on a leash and doesn't pull, but is just so excited to see and smell everything that walks take a while. He can be crated for a few hours or so, but he is big and still a puppy so I wouldn't recommend any longer on a regular basis. He really needs to be out interacting and exploring.  He would be so happy to have another dog, children, and a fenced in backyard. Oh, and he jumped off the dock into the lake and was delighted with himself, so again, there is definitely golden retriever somewhere under all that floof!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate),  Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age , Bordetella vaccine, 4DX  (over 6 months of age) , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:$495.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
