Hi, hi, hi, hi!!! I’m Irish and I’m very excited to meet you!! I am a dachshund mix born 1/29/21 with the fluffy fur of a bear cub. My favorite time of day is anytime someone comes home. Even if they just went out the mailbox. I am so excited to greet them at the door like we’ve been separated for years! My foster mom tells me daily about how I’m the perfect pup. I am potty trained, kennel trained, love all people big and small, show no aggression with my food or treats and am just a happy fella!! While I love being near people, I’m not the snuggliest. I like to sleep on the floor in my foster mom’s room and I like to lay on the couch by people but I’m not so keen on snuggling in bed or in laps. I currently live with two dogs that are way bigger than me. We all love to snooze around the house. I haven’t shown much interest in trying to play with them but I do like following them outside. I’d probably be fine with or without a dog sibling. I haven’t met a cat yet but mom thinks I’d do just fine. I’m not used to a leash yet so that’s a work in progress. Everyone has to have goals, right?! I will need some grooming to keep my fluff from getting matted. Right now I’m not a fan of the brush but I’ll probably just have to learn to like it. Can we meet so I can show you my tip-tappy toes at the door?? 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
