Meet Alfie, the spunkiest little 16 lb package of fluff I’ve ever met! He’s a terrier born 1/27/21. He is full of energy and LOVES to play. He also LOVES human attention and snuggles. He tries to play with my resident dogs any chance he gets. This makes me feel like Alfie would really thrive in a home with another playful dog. Although, he does a pretty darn good job of entertaining himself if needed. Alfie is full of character and he keeps me laughing with his adorably big personality.

Alfie is mostly house trained, there have been some accidents on occasion. But I think he will get the hang of it in no time. Alfie sleeps in his kennel when I leave for work, as well as at night. He’s totally cool with it. I am sure he’d rather snuggle with us in bed, but unfortunately for him that’s not an option.

Alfie has not met cats or kids on my watch, so I am not sure about that. I can say he can get rather mouthy when he wants to play with a human. Although he does rather well occupying himself with bones, we call him Alfie, AKA “The Bone Collector.”

Alfie gets so excited by so many things, that being said, he needs some work on his leash training. Alfie has done great in the car, he just settles in and lays down.

Alfie is such a good boy, it’s hard to find many negatives for this spunky loving playful boy.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $475.00
