Meet Bale (aka Dobby the House Elf)! He’s a Whippet who is about 3 years old. He came to us scared of everyone and everything, and within days has come out of his shell. He loves to snuggle, especially under the covers. Once he got comfortable with his much bigger dog brother, he copied everything he did, and quickly learned to go potty outside, use the doggy door, and fetch a ball. Such a smart little guy! He seems to be getting used to grass. He explores a little more every day. He walks great on a leash, and rides well in the car. He doesn’t love his kennel, so we are still working on that. He loves snuggling with my son, he is mostly a couch potato, but then breaks out in fun little zoomies. We’re working on time alone, and so far, he’s doing well. We’ll keep working on longer lengths of time. He is a really loving boy!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, dental, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:  $475.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
