Hello everyone - my name is Flame and I’m here to melt your heart.  I am a beautiful, 5 yo male, apricot,  toy poodle. I weigh in at 11 lbs of pure poodle awesomeness, with tons of love, independence and personality too. I am great with other doggies but I do love my own space and do a little resource guarding, so super chill girls and boys are best for me, or I’m 1000% happy just being the only Flame in your life.
I’m super smart and have learned to be treat motivated for the good stuff, and I should respond to training.
Since I was a breeding machine for my first 4.5 years I learned to stand up for my space so I am leg lifter and a belly band is definitely recommended but I don’t mind wearing it at all and look so cute in them. I don’t like things pulling at my neck but I do well in a harness and am learning to walk on a leash. I absolutely adore my human foster dad. He’s the greatest and my bestie. I am super lovey and affectionate and a gold medal cuddler.my favorite thing on this earth are my doggie toys. I just cannot get enough of them. I had many teeth pulled but I still eat and like to chew an occasional dental stick.
I’m a great eater and I just love going for car rides. Foster dad lets me ride alongside him in the front seat if I’m alone or if I’m with my foster siblings I ride in the small kennel in the background, where I am safe and comfy and cozy. I am a little champion in my kennel and sleep there without making a peep at night or will go in there and sleep during the day when the door is open. It is hard to get me to sit still for photos but when I do, I am the cutest and handsomest little man. Can you believe how perfect I am? Well believe it, I’m the entire package. Will you be my forever?
