Meet Ikea! She was born approximately 8/27/18.  She is a sweet, calm and laid back girl!  She's initially timid when meeting new people, more so with males, but after a while she warms up and loves people.  She lives with teenagers in her foster home and adores spending time with them.  She is good with dogs and cats as long as they're not right in her face and with proper slow introductions since she's a little nervous.  She is startled easily by sudden sounds including sneezes.  Some of Ikea's favorite things include tennis balls, playing with and holding stuffed animals in her mouth, being outside, car rides, going for walks and snuggling on the couch.  She is a smart girl and has some basic understanding of commands like sit, down and come and will get her tennis ball and bring it to you when asked.  She enjoys treats but prefers not to share them, so it is best to give to her in her kennel.  She is potty trained (has never had an accident in the house), kennel trained and rarely barks.  Ikea is an all around A+ girl and is ready to begin her forever life with you! 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
