Hello, my name is Reeses. I am a shepherd mix born 7/16/23. I have a soft, fluffy coat and a friendly wagging tail. I get along well with dogs and humans of all shapes and sizes, and I love to make new friends. Make sure to give me rope toys and other things I can chew on because I really like those and will even put them in my kennel so I can find them later. I may try to get your hands, so have a toy ready and I will take that. Make sure to puppy proof for me so I can stay safe. It is hard to tell what’s a toy and what’s something I shouldn’t put in my mouth.     

Kids- yep, they are really fun. They are shorter than bigs and sit on the ground to pet me. I’ll give them kisses on their hands. Do you have other dogs? Any size at all? I will play and will run around with them and have a blast. I like big dogs, little dogs, really all of them. I have been around cats, but they hiss at me and I really don’t like to get close to them. Keep teaching me because sometimes I am very curious and might try to play with them.      

I am almost all the way potty trained but keep me on a schedule to let me out. I am just learning how to ring a bell to go outside. I do sleep in my kennel at night, but boy oh boy I would just love to sleep in bed with you (My dr says I will get big so maybe I should stay on the floor- nahh- let me in bed). Did you say walk? Oh, those are fun and I will go everywhere if you let me.    

So, now that you know a little more about me, I can’t wait to meet you. I am so excited to join your family and be in my forever home. I’ll be your shadow and I bet you will really enjoy snuggle time with my soft warm coat.  If you are looking for a loyal, loving, and fun-loving pup, I am the one for you. I'd love to meet you!
