This is Charles (Charlie). He is a King Charles puppy born approximately 7/15/23 who weighs about 5 pounds. Charlie is working hard on his potty training skills. He is getting real close. When I need to go to work or to bed Charlie enjoys his crate. He has been left in his crate for six hours one day and no accidents. We have tried a larger area (3’x6’) and he does not like it. He climbs out! My little escape artist. He enjoys visiting with other dogs and people. He has not been around cats. He does not like the lawn mower noise but is ok with the blender.  Walks on leash are going real well. Still gets between my feet sometimes, but usually does real well. Car rides are fine. He sits next to me on the passenger seat on his blanket and just lies down. A couple times a day he gets a lot of energy, but for the most part he is very calm. He would sit and be held all day if he could. Chewing on a rawhide is his favorite. Well, next to a finger full of peanut butter. He is very sweet and listens very well. He loves to hear that he is a good boy! He will make any family a great pet!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $850.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
