Samurai (Izzy) is a Lhasa Poo born on 6/30/23. She is still guarded and will cower if approached too quickly. She has started to play with our resident dog (Jack Russell Terrier mix) and our Lhasa Poo foster and isn’t afraid to let them know if they get too rough. She is almost potty trained on a schedule (has only had a couple accidents). She sleeps in her foster’s bedroom in a kennel through the night (up to 6 hours). She stays in a kennel while we are at work but doesn’t like it much as noticed on our puppy cam. Her foster mom goes home after about 4 hours for lunch and lets her out to go potty and play a bit. We are working on basic commands, and she is starting to learn steps and how to walk on a leash. She is good with all ages. Not sure about cats. 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $850.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
