Hi! My name is Sage, I am the CUTEST, spunkiest, most loveable little girl you’ll ever meet! Watch out, I give you those puppy eyes and will melt your heart!

I like to think I look like an adorable Black wolf pup or a cute little bat when I am laying on my back with my ears sticking up and getting all the belly rubs my little heart desires (I LOVE BELLY RUBS)!! My Foster Mom loves to snuggle me and I love to snuggle with her, but only after I have a round of romping and wrestling with my sister Blossom, whom I am inseparable with! We play hard then sleep hard.

I guess you could say I am your typical pup, but, also so much more! I give you the cutest puppy eyes that will make you fall in love with me, I love to just watch and see what you are doing, I will stare straight into your eyes, and make your heart melt when you are talking to me!  I listen very well too! When foster mom says “come!” I go running! When she tells me to go potty, I go potty. She tells me to lay down and go night-night- So, I go onto my big comfy furry bed or into my crate and fall fast asleep! Did I mention that I sleep through the whole night!? I do not like to have the door closed on my crate though. Since my foster mom works from home my sister and I get to be out all day. I get a big Xpen area to play in all day (16x16 with my crate inside of there). I do not get free roam of the house since I am not fully potty trained and tend to have accidents since I am still learning my potty training skills, I use puppy pads however.

I am working on being potty trained. I let my foster mom know when I need to go big potty with a little bark or whimper, but little potty, I tend to just go on the puppy pads still. When she brings me outside though, I always go little and big potty, so I guess you could say I am a work in progress and catching on. Come on, I am only 9 weeks old and still have a lot to learn and I am getting closer and closer to becoming potty trained. I am showing progress each week.

When my foster mom leaves the house to run errands she always says be a good little girl Sage, I love you, go lay down, mama will be right back. That is a good way for me to know she is going to head out. I will whimper and howl for about 1 - 2 minutes then I quiet down and take a nap.

Since I do have Husky in me, I love to sing with a Husky howl, and my foster mom always says “Oh Sweet Girl Sage, are you singing a Husky lullaby?” Both my sister and I love to sing together, sometimes I think it scares the resident bunnies! But they are warming up to us!

I do well on a leash when I go outside, even though we continue to work on "walking" on a leash vs "playing" on the leash. Each day as I get older, I am doing better with walking on a leash!

I do well with young children and love when the kids come over to play, they tire me out! They play with us and it is a BLAST!

I promise, you will fall in love with me! My Foster mom is, but knows there are other puppies out there like me who need rescuing just like I did. I know that there is a family out there that is looking for me to be a part of their forever family and I cannot wait to meet them!! I would love to go with my sister Blossom as a pair but if we need to go separately we can.
