Sasha Lynn aka Betty is a female, spayed yorkie who was born approximately 4/7/21. She is around 13 pounds and healthy! Her past life was not so good being used for breeding but she is thriving in her foster home! She has really come out of her shell in a short time. She is potty trained and crate trained. She is left free to roam overnight and is a perfect girl. She sleeps in her crate at night with the door open. She does well with children, dogs and cats. She has learned that affect and pets are pretty awesome and has discovered that bones are fun to chew on. She does well riding in a vehicle and likes to lay on a bed or blanket. She has a low energy level but loves to wander around in the fenced in yard. She is working on leash training as it is new to her but she prefers to be carried because she’s a princess. She does get tense when being picked up until she realizes she is safe. She enjoys snuggling and napping with her people. She spends 7 hours in her crate and does perfect. 

Things to note:

• If her forever home has small children - they would need to understand not to pick her up since she is so small and still a little nervous

  • She has shown absolutely zero reaction (growling, snarling, etc.)

• Since discovering chewing is so much fun - she will chew children's toys if given the opportunity

Betty will be a wonderful addition to almost any family and can't wait to find hers!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $650.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
