Haniwa is a playful 5-6 month old kitty. She loves wrestling with her brothers (older cats) and has thought about maaaaybe playing tag with her sister (doggo.) She enjoys warming your lap while you watch tv or play games. Haniwa is not super vocal but will tell you if something you’re cooking smells good. She likes her kibble and a little soft food treat here and there. Since she’s still growing, she eats really well. Cats have the “scratch and bury” instinct so Hani has no problems with the litter box. She’s even cool with the litter robot we have; the movement doesn’t scare her. She loves her big, fluffy donut bed, is used to her collar and knows her name. She is long haired but doesn’t shed much. She doesn’t love being brushed but she tolerates it. She has all her claws but she is good about only scratching the posts we have. We have a five year old daughter, other cats and two doggos. Haniwa was very timid at first but we took it slow and now she’s part of the family. We absolutely love this sweet, sweet girl but she deserves to go to a home with fewer siblings and or more space. She is cautious of the pups but isn’t terrified of them anymore since she figured out they’re afraid of her murder mittens. :) Hani was a stray so we don’t know what she encountered out and about as a baby. The best thing about her is her signature half mustache and subsequent “smudge” on her left front paw.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper (PCR) vaccines appropriate to age, Feline leukemia/FIV/HW test, heartworm, ear mite and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $225
