Hi! My name is Rosie Blue. I’m a 6 year old mini Aussie. I am a breeder release so I’m pretty shy, especially when it comes to people. I would benefit from being in a home that will be understanding of the time and patience it takes for me to get comfortable in a home. It won’t be a quick process as every new sound is scary to me. I would benefit from having a safe space that other dogs and humans won’t bother me in, at least at the beginning. I am comfortable around other dogs, especially if they’re around the same size as me. Once I’ve determined you’re my person, I can be pretty protective of what other dogs can get or give love to my person and I may growl at other dogs seeking love at the same time as me from my person. I’m not a huge fan of leashes currently and will do whatever I can to get out of being put in leash or a tie out in the yard so I would benefit from a house with a fenced in yard for me to run in. I could use some obedience training but my foster family feels I am a quick learner. I had a few accidents in the home the first few days but the accidents have decreased as I get more comfortable. I’ve even started showing some signs of cueing at the door with the other dogs when it’s time to go outside. I hope to see you soon!
