This is Lola. She is a terrier mix born approximately 3/7/24 weighing about 8 pounds. She is the sweetest pup I have ever taken care of. She does not whine or bark! We are still working on potty training, but are taking good progress. She doesn't mind being in her kennel. I think she feels safe there. She plays well with my six year old grandkids and any other adults. She seems to be very afraid of other dogs so we are slowly trying to get around more dogs. She does pee when greeting new people so make sure she is on a puppy pad or outside when greeting. She walks well on a leash, but is afraid to go too far away from home. Lola does resource guard her food. She gobbles it before anyone can take it away. She is also very treat motivated when training. She likes to sit in the passenger seat of the car when we go for rides, but does lay quietly in the back in her kennel also. Her energy is medium to low. She has not had the zooms yet! She enjoys exploring, chewing on her toys, playing fetch and snuggling. She is usually in her kennel while I go to work for about 5-6 hours and just sleeps. Does not make a mess in her kennel. She does not yet go in her kennel on command, but just lays down when I put her in there. Lola is truly a special dog.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:  $595.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
