Meet Iven! Iven is believed to be a Dogo Argentino born 2/14/24. This little dude is full of muscle, spunk, and affection! He is learning potty training, getting better everyday. He sleeps like a dream in his kennel, only waking when you do or if/when he has to go outside. In the vehicle he's also an absolute delight, not whining even once, rather enjoying the ride as the most polite passenger. He loves to play-play-play with other dogs, his people, and his toys: stuffed, benebones, rope toys (tug is his favorite!), and more!  He likes to chew a lot, so toys are very important for him. He's very respectful of other dogs, not focusing on them, rather he'll check-in to see if they'll play with him, and if they do, he has a blast! He loves to have 'a person' that's the one he follows and chooses to be with as much as possible, accompanying even for the most mundane tasks (filling the bird bath). Iven loves to snuggle and take a snooze with you. He's learning the world around him and sometimes chooses to sit back and observe, but if you call him over he'll come barreling your way! He sticks by you outside, while sniffing, running, and seeing everything that's new. Iven really loves to be with you on every adventure and is a brave little guy. He's been to the lake and got surprised after running ankle-deep into the water! He ran up and down the shoreline, climbing was his favorite - up the hills, in the dirt, on the rocks! Iven benefits most from structure and a consistent schedule. He has a lot of busy-puppy energy, so while he'll be content in his kennel if you're working during the day, for example, he does like to be on the move, playing, exploring the world around him, and finding new toys! He's learning manners, including 'sit' and 'no bite.' He is just the best, happiest little puppy and looking for his perfect forever. Could it be with you!?
