Introducing Tiny, our new foster. He’s a Yorkie born 5/19/24. He hails from Mexico, rarely barks and possibly speaks Spanish. Tiny is only tiny in size. His heart is larger than life and he has BIG dog energy that we’re trying to keep up with! Tiny is learning so many things; but at a rapid pace. He’s an incredibly smart and social butterfly.

We’re making strides every day with potty training and have had very few accidents if we stick to a schedule. We’ve had a few walks that led to 2+ iles and Tiny crushes it. He stops for nothing and wants to keep up. Car whiles are a WIP. Tiny loves to be right on the lap of the ones he loves so he tends to whine from the passenger or backseat. We are learning to be in a carrier when riding in the car. Understanding that the carrier is a sanctuary that allows you to come along for the ride.

Tiny has done really well with all adults and dogs we’ve encountered but we have yet to interact with kids and cats. Tiny is full of love and zest and is practically your shadow at times. He’s a pro at snuggles, cute looks and playtime. He plays hard + naps hard. If given the right amount of attention and structure, Tiny does really well with 2-4 hour crate breaks and will sleep through an entire night with no issues. Tiny will steal your heart upon first meet!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $650.00
