Meet Aurora, a terrier mix born approx. 6/23/24 with a cute twirl in her tail. Aurora is an adorable puppy with a spirit eager to give and receive love. She has those puppy eyes that are ready to explore the world around her, but understands and listens to the word “no” very well! She's currently honing her potty training skills, and with a little bit of routine and proactiveness, she’s been accident-free inside. She has worked on crate training, but Aurora has a strong preference for snuggling up in bed with her humans. She sleeps through the night and will even notify you if she needs an urgent potty break if her tummy is upset!
This playful pup is not just quick on her feet; she’s also a quick learner! Aurora thrives in the company of other dogs and enjoys their playful antics, making her a great candidate for a home with a furry friend and/or active human who is often around. Her love for toys and bones is unmatched, and you’ll be happy to know she’s gentle with her playthings—no toy destruction here! She also seems to be far less stubborn than the stereotypical RR breed!
Having been around dogs of all sizes and people from all walks of life, Aurora is friendly and loving. While she may take a moment to warm up to new faces, she’s learning what love feels like and is making wonderful strides in her socialization. She takes correction very well and is very patient and respectful. With excellent recall and a knack for picking up basic commands, she’s proving to be a smart little cookie! She is also very food motivated, which will help continue her training!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00
