Meet Valentino, he is a Lab/mix and 3 months old weighing 22 lbs!
Valentino was born into rescue with his littermates and was one of the smaller puppies in his litter, and not quite as adventurous as the others, he warms up once he trusts you and still gets a little scared by other big dog barks outside. He loves to run and play with his 2 older resident brothers and the other foster dog! He also enjoys being petted, snuggled and getting treats. Having been raised in rescue, Valentino is well-socialized and has met adults and would do best with older children only. He gets along with other dogs and has met the resident cats at his previous foster home (where he was born). Valentino is learning to go outside and has picked up very quickly on ringing the bell to go outside! When he wakes up in the morning, he runs to the puppy pad to go potty since it's a long walk and stairs to get outside from the bedroom. Each day he is getting better and better with his potty training! He enjoys family walks and is doing great on the leash! At night he sleeps with me and my two resident pups on my bed and sleeps the entire night until morning! He is crate trained as well and does not mind being in his crate. Once a week he spends 7-8 hrs in his crate and never has any accidents! Valentino is so stinkin cute and smart! He knows the commands to sit, come, and stay and also knows how to do hand shakes! Valentino will make some family very happy and he is just waiting for that perfect family to come along, I know they are out there! Could it be you?
