Hi, my name is Echo, and I’m a 10 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier! I'm big on giving kisses and am a gentle giant who adores cuddles and being near my humans. I’m house-trained and only play with my toys, being careful around my human's toys & their things. I’m kennel-trained, but would prefer to lay on the couch or be free to lay around the house, plus I don’t have any accidents in the house.
I am great with kids and littles! I may be a big dog, but I am super gentle around little ones and
know to stay on the ground, not jumping up on humans. I do take some time to warm up to other
dogs. I haven't been around any cats or other creatures yet, so I don’t know how much I would
get along with others.
My human and I are working on leash control and different commands and tricks. I am very treat
and toy focused. I love car rides and do well to sit in the back in “my car seat spot,” and I can get
into and out of the car on my own.
I’m up in my years, so I like to nap often but will let you know when I have toy time. I like tough
toys and toys that are soft with squeaky noisemakers. Toys with hidden treats and food are my
favorite.
I like walks and being outdoors when it’s sunny out. I’m still learning how to fetch and release
the ball when we play.
When my humans work, I do well being home alone with my toys and am a good guard dog. I
don’t even bark at the mailman. I may whine and softly bark as you leave, but I calm down
quickly. Short work days are my favorite because I get to see my humans again, but I am a good
dog when work days run long and can entertain myself.
I’m still getting used to kennel time, and I do better having mostly free roam of the house and
my nap spots. I’m a great cuddle buddy and personal heater. I love to cuddle in close and will
share the bed with my humans. I can't wait to find my forever family!
Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, dental, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:
