Meet Roberto, aka Bob! Bob is a Pug mix born approx 4/3/2020. Bob is a sweet, easy-going snuggle bug who's looking for his forever home! This adorable little guy may be small, but his heart is huge. He loves nothing more than curling up on a lap for some quality cuddle time, making him the perfect companion for a cozy evening in. Whether you're working from home, cooking, or relaxing on the couch, Bob will be by your side, always ready to offer some gentle companionship.

Bob is great on a leash, so he's fun to walk and explore with. He's also amazing with people of all ages, from kids to adults, and gets along just fine with dogs and cats—though he's mostly indifferent to them. Bob’s quiet nature means the only time he barks is when the resident dogs start to bark. He likes car rides, especially if he's on someone's lap. 

Currently, Bob is working on potty training and crate training, but he's making progress each day! He’s a quick learner and is ready to find a family that will appreciate his sweet, gentle nature. 

Not much is known about Bob's life before he came into rescue, but what we do know is this: he’s a survivor. Rescued from the streets of Mexico or Southern California, Bob came to us with dental issues and cataracts - but thanks to the wonderful care of our veterinarian, his mouth is now in tip-top shape, and his cataracts don’t slow him down one bit.

Despite everything he’s been through, Bob is living his best life—exploring the world with curiosity, tail wags, and a spirit that refuses to quit. He’s a gentle, lovable companion who’s ready to find a forever home that will cherish him for the treasure he is...a true diamond in the 'ruff'.
