Meet Honey, a retriever mix born appro 3/15/25. She has honey-colored fur (hence the name) with white highlights. One of her front paws is white, making her look like she has a sock on one paw. She has beautiful, deep brown eyes that are rimmed in black. She is in a foster home with her three littermates, her mama, 3 other foster puppies, and 2 adult resident dogs. Honey is the bravest one of her litter. She does everything first. For example, she was the first to engage in play with the resident dogs and the first to sleep in a kennel. She was also the first to ask to be held. In short, she is advanced for her age! She LOVES to play with all dogs, big or small. Honey is your typical puppy – play hard, sleep hard. When she is not romping around in the yard, she loves cuddles with her human foster family, which includes two adults and three kids. She has not met cats. Since she is so young, she is not potty trained but goes on puppy pads when inside. She is working on being on a leash. She does well in the car and is overall a great dog. She will be a sweet and loving addition to any family.
