Meet Skippy, a retriever mix born approx 3/15/25. He has peanut butter colored fur (hence the name), a white chest, and green eyes. His photos do not do him justice, as his adorable and sweet personality cannot be captured by a camera. Skippy’s claim to fame is his incredibly waggy tail. When held, loved, or even just spoken to, he wags his tail so fast it wags his whole body. In short: Skippy is a happy guy and he shows it.  He is in a foster home with his three littermates, his mama, 3 other foster puppies, and 2 adult resident dogs. Skippy plays with all dogs big or small. Skippy is your typical puppy – play hard, sleep hard. When he is not romping around in the yard, he loves cuddles with his human foster family, which includes two adults and three kids. He has not met cats. Since he is so young, he is not potty trained but goes on puppy pads when inside. He is working on being on a leash. He does well in the car and is overall a great dog. He will be a sweet and loving addition to any family.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00
