Meet Anna, a Spaniel/Chihuahua mix born approx 8/26/24. Anna came the long way from Mexico with her brother Tommy . She is great in her create overnight and keeps her kennel nice and clean. She is also doing great on her overall housetraining, but still has some way to go.

She loves people and animals. She is intrigued by the cats in her foster home. She wants to say hi, but the cats are unsure what to think of Anna.

Anna is shy when first meeting new people, but will be your best friend and lap dog in no time. Anna really loves her people and wants to be next to you as soon as you sit down.

She is small but great with other dogs. She loves to play with them, but will also put them in their place if they do something she doesn’t like. She seems to think she’s Tommy’s protector with other dogs in the foster home.

Anna is working on her leash manners and loves to walk and sniff her surroundings. She loves her toys and nyla bones.

She loves to explore the great outdoors, sniff every tree, and would love to chase squirrels. She’s great on car rides, nice and quiet. She’s not a picky eater, as long as she doesn’t get sidetracked.

Anna has mastered the art of cuddles, perfected the “puppy dog eyes”, and leveled up her tail-wagging skills. Now, she just needs a family to show off to!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $575.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
